Although Lakewood does not have an ice hockey team, four of our students are playing on other Jeffco Teams, which means they end up facing each other. Such was the case last week when 8th ranked Dakota Ridge won a historic game by 7 to 4 against 3rd ranked Ralston Valley. The team captain for Dakota Ridge is our own Senior Charles Huang, who has played on the team all throughout high school and scored two of the team's goals. Playing on Ralston Valley's team wasJason Ruszka. Others playing ice hockey include Jesse Thuerk for Columbine, and Ken Reisbeck at Chatfield. Good luck guys!
